Director

Kerry Johnson

Kerry manages the team, the business and aims to give clients the best experience and solutions possible.

He’s passionate about the environment, Tasmania and his grandchildren, (good) red wine, Italian shoes, festivals, Nick Cave and books about Nick Cave.

Kerry founded Total POS Solutions / Complete Information Solutions in May 2009.

Mitchell Haines

Mitchell has over 10 years of hospitality experience in Tassie clubs, venues and hotels.

Mitchell works with clients to create, develop, implement POS and payment solutions.

Mitchell enjoys camper van trips and time with Ettie, a border collie cross kelpie.

Mitchell joined the team in November 2022.

Manager – IT & Managed Services

Henrique Mariano

Henrique has ventured from Brazil, via Sydney to call Hobart home for the past 5 years. He leads the team to provide support to clients with their IT systems, projects, networks and security.

Henrique likes discovering new technologies, swimming, travelling, playing Brazilian music and cooking Brazilian BBQ.

Henrique joined the team in September 2024.

Manager – Finance & Administration

Kellsey Roberts

From beauty therapist to bus driver, Kellsey keeps things in place and on track at Total POS, both in the business and for clients with their Xero integrations, she’s also currently studying human resources.

Kellsey enjoys hanging out with her family and poodle Archie, true crime podcasts, and tending to her plants. And coffee.

Kellsey joined the team in February 2024.

Senior Business Systems Consultant

Zack Adaszynski

Zack assists clients to implement and utilise inventory management, sales, purchases, CRM, POS and ecommerce systems.

Zack brings with him a background in web development and business consulting, with a Bachelor of Information Systems and keeps active with two very hyperactive Border Collies!

Zack joined the team in January 2017.

Senior POS Consultant

Raydan Fitzgerald

Raydan has over 15 years of POS solutions experience with a background in bakery operations, music retail and office equipment. Raydan develops partnerships with our clients – helping their business to grow and thrive with custom POS solutions.

Outside of work, Raydan can be found on the court coaching basketball and netball, wrangling three teenagers or at the Newstead Hotel for trivia night.

Raydan joined the team in May 2023.

POS Solutions Consultant

Sonam Tamang

From Kathmandu to Kingston with over 5 years of hospitality experience and a Masters in Information Technology and Systems along the way. Sonam works with clients to implement and support their cloud-based POS solutions, accounting and Shopify integrations.

Sonam loves cafe hopping, baking, crime documentaries, shopping sprees and cats.

Sonam joined the team in December 2023.

IT Technician

Sonu Raut

From Nepal to Hobart via Melbourne – Sonu brings desktop support experience and a Bachelor of Information Technology. As one of our IT Technicians, she supports clients to keep their systems running smoothly and works with them to understand the solutions.

Sonu enjoys travelling to new places, hiking, Nepalese food and a cheeky chai latte.

Sonu joined the team in May 2025.
